Ingredients

  • 20 ml - Hollandse Stroopwafellikeur
  • 50 grams - Ladyfingers
  • 50 grams - Mascarpone
  • 50 ml - Unwhipped cream
  • 10 grams - Caster sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon - Cocoa powder

Stroopwafel Tiramisu

Preparation

Mix

Whip the cream with the caster sugar and in another bowl stir the mascarpone

Fold

Gently fold the mascarpone, cream and Hollandse Stroopwafellikeur together

Coffee

Make a cup of coffee, break the ladyfingers and dip them in the coffee

Assemble

Place the ladyfingers on the bottom of a glass and add the mascarpone mixture

Layer by layer

Then make layers of ladyfingers and mascarpone until the glass is full

Fridge

Finally sift cocoa over the glass and let the tiramisu set in the fridge for 4 hours. Serve afterwards.
