Stroopwafel Latte Macchiato
Ingredients
- 40 ml - Hollandse Stroopwafellikeur
- 300 ml - Hot espresso
- 300 ml - Whole milk
- 100 grams - Whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon - Caramel syrup
- 1 small pack - Stroopwafels

Preparation

Crumble
Coarsely crumble the stroopwafels.

Pour
Divide the caramel syrup over the glasses, then pour the Hollandse Stroopwafellikeur and the espresso on top.

Heat
Heat the milk in a saucepan until almost boiling.

Froth
Whisk firm foam onto the milk with a whisk or a special milk frother and pour it into the coffee.

Finish
Spoon the whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with the stroopwafel crumbs and the caramel syrup and serve.
